Updates to HPE aaS Commercial Terms and HPE aaS Terms for Customers In accordance with local legal and regulatory compliance requirements, the following modifications have been introduced in the HPE aaS Commercial Terms, V2 and HPE aaS Terms for Customers, V4, effective June 2, 2025. HPE aaS Commercial Terms Section Scope What has changed Section 4.1.5 Global Obsolete reference to return fee was removed from the Additional fees or charges section (see section 4.1.4 for applicable rules). Section 7 BRAZIL New sub-sections added for country specific terms for Brazil for inclusion in section 4.2.1 and section 4.2.4. Section 7 CHINA New sub-section added for country specific terms for China for inclusion in section 4.2.1. HPE aaS Terms for Customers Section Scope What has changed Section 5 AUSTRALIA Updates reflect new law for compliance of Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 for inclusion in section 4.1.9.
